Art Healing

Through our philanthropic endeavors, we have concentrated on art and information as two powerful avenues in humanistic communications.
At the Senses School of Art, we use art in a variety of formats to communicate with people, because art is a common language between nations.
Art healing is based on the belief that the creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps people to resolve conflicts, solve problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, and increase self-esteem and self-awareness. In short, art healing is a process of self-discovery that promotes relaxation, insight, and personal fulfillment.
The purpose of art healing is not to create great art but to assist people in getting acquainted with and releasing their inner life, thereby promoting personal health and well-being. Since art making is an intuitive process that does not depend on the usual rules of logic or rational thought, we ask participants to feel free to express themselves in whatever way they find gratifying.
