Senses Cultural is excited to join the Sierra Oaks Vista Garden and Arts Club to celebrate community events! We are so happy to be part of the SOVGA team, and to invite the community to be part of our philanthropy to raise awareness on autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. On March 16th , we hosted a Persian luncheon for club members, after an incredible meeting to organize future events. At lunch, Dr. Saideh Malekafzali kindly spoke about Art Healing for club member participants.
Special thanks go to Ann Kohl, a senior member of SOVGA, for supporting our non-profit organization’s projects. Her support has helped advance Senses Cultural’s work with the UCDavis MIND Institute. She has also helped connect us with the Sacramento Park & Health Regional Planning Administration and we had a great zoom meeting on March 17th. It is my sincere hope that our initiatives will benefit the project to ban harmful pesticides and other products which cause autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Senses Cultural also aims to
raise funds for our research projects. So, we invite everyone in the Sacramento Area to join some of our events in the near future, and consider donating to us here. We look forward to working with the people around us to reach our goals, and to sharing updates about our future activities. As always, thank you for your support! And thank you SOVGA and Ann Kohl for supporting our cause.
