Senses Cultural is proud to announce that Professor Franklin D. Lewis is joining Senses Cultural as an honoree Board Member. Dr. Lewis is a professor at the University of Chicago, and he is an expert in the study of Middle Eastern Literature. He founded Adabivat, an international discussion forum on the literature of the Islamic World, and his area of expertise include Arabic, Persian, Turkish and Urdu literature.

His remarkable knowledge will greatly enhance Senses Cultural’s projects, and we are proud to share his research and articles on our English and Farsi Websites and other exciting venues. He will also provide valuable direction for our upcoming panel discussions, art exhibitions, and conferences.

Senses Cultural presents projects that empower women in the Middle East, highlighting the strong presence of women in building bridges and bringing families together, and providing resources to create a healthier and more peaceful environment for themselves and the people around them. We welcome and thank Professor Lewis in joining Senses Cultural in this important charge.
