Seyed Abolhassan Mokhtabad is a native of Iran and Fluent in Farsi and English. He is on the Board of Iranian Journalists Association and head of the house of the Music Research Center in Iran. He graduated with a Master’s of Social Communication Sciences (Journalism) in Tehran.
He is a journalist and writer with nearly twenty years of continued work experience including editor with a broad range of major Iranian newspapers, periodicals and websites. He is also a member of the International Federation of Journalists contributing to Iranian journals for the past 11 years. He has much experience working in print, broadcast and online media on a range of topics including cultural diversity, literature, art and music, women, politics, history and society. Seyed Abolhassan has participated in a variety of professional journalism workshops abroad including Denmark, Turkey, Japan, Soria and Germany. Seyed Abolhassan Mokhtabad has published two books including a Biography of Ruhollah Khaleghi. (Amirkabir Publications and Baharestan, Hamshahri Publications) and a book about music soon be published. He has also studied traditional music and sings professionally with professors Karim Saleh Azimi, Norreddin Razavi Sarvestani and Hamidreza Nourbakhsh.
